Sorry for the hiatus.. and please excuse us for this late posting of last Sunday's event report. It was such a blast and we need to recover from the dream-like pace of time. In many ways, Sambil Menyulam Minum Air event was exceeding expectations and we can't thank enough for all of you!
First, we didn't even realize that there are so many people interested in crafting.. until, even a week before the workshop is on, we need to upgrade the quota for each class and move the workshop to the larger room. It's too exciting!! Even some of the participants joined all three workshops at a time! What a spirit! :D
Second, the bazaar was impressive! Everything sold were handmade and all so pretty. The craftsmanship was impeccable and the detail was stunning.. from Tamimi's screen-printed notebooks, environmental-friendly shopping bags, and those quirky pillows.. Ammi&Abbi's pretty little sweetness, the perfectionista's work of Youthdew, and gorgeous design of Nest of Ojanto.. we were honored to host such talented crafter like them.
Two days of everything crafty.. bazaar and three workshops.. we're soooo longing for more crafty events. We'd really love to walk hand-in-hand with such passionate home industry like that. So, come on dear crafters! Lets make it regular and spread the crafty virus all over the town!
